Opened in December 1996, Phuture's unique music policy has spanned hip-hop, breaks, drums 'n' bass, nu-jazz, down tempo and anything experimental, making it a perfect spot for the musically adventurous.
Phuture's futuristic approach to music is reflected in its decor, reinforcing the room's aerodynamic design with playful furniture, funky illuminated bars, and a dance floor flanked by a stunning Barco MiPIX LED wall to add movement and life to the club.
Replete with walls adorned with original commissioned artworks by Italian architecture/designer/artist Massimo losa-Ghini - whose paintings inspired the very design of the club - as well as gems by renowned pop artists Roy Lichtenstein and James Rosenquist, Phuture has established itself to be the place to groove to the best in hip hop, urban and funk, by resident DJ Andrew Chow on Fridays and Holla! with DJ Nervous on Saturdays.
